Disclaimer: The Group’s consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (“IFRS”) as issued by the International Accounting Standards Board (“IASB”), including IFRS 17 (Insurance Contracts) and IFRS 9 (Financial Instruments). These standards govern the recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of the Group’s insurance contracts and financial instruments. As a result, amounts reported for current and prior periods may not be directly comparable where earlier figures were prepared under different accounting standards or policies.

We hold an A (Excellent) Financial Strength Rating from AM Best (since 2014) and an A – Insurer Financial Strength Rating from Fitch Ratings (2025).
