We are pleased to announce that Tracy Holm has joined OceanRe as our General Counsel, based in our London office. Tracy will report directly to Guillermo Eslava and will lead both our Legal & Compliance and Claims teams globally.
Tracy brings with her a wealth of leadership experience from her 14-year career at Beazley, where she most recently served as Head of Claims for Beazley Insurance DAC and International Claims Team Leader, overseeing a global team of claims professionals based in London, Singapore, Miami, Toronto, Vancouver, Barcelona, Munich and Paris. Prior to that, Tracy practiced law in California where she specialized in business, real estate and insurance defence litigation.
Throughout her career, she has played a pivotal role in shaping claims strategy, managing regulatory relationships, and building collaborative, high-performing teams. Tracy has also been instrumental in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives and representing her previous employer at industry conferences worldwide.
